• Don’t be late: the experience starts promptly at the scheduled time. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early.
• Tickets are not personalized. Validation is done through the individual ticket number, reservation number, or QR code.
• You may present your ticket on the day of the experience in either digital or printed format.
• Each ticket is valid for a single entry only. Copies are not allowed.

PLEASE NOTE

• To request a cancellation or rescheduling, the purchaser must contact us exclusively via email at oi@wine-locals.com.
• Requests are subject to review and are not guaranteed to be approved. The response time is up to 2 business days.
• Cancellations can be requested within 7 calendar days of purchase confirmation and at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience time.
• Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled experience time. Exchanges between different experiences are not permitted.
• This policy does not apply to transportation and/or accommodation experiences purchased through Wine Locals. In such cases, please contact the local providers directly to understand their respective policies.

(1) This ticket is issued by Wine Locals under a service agreement with the event/experience intermediary and is valid only for the date(s), time, location, and seat for which it was issued.
(2) The ticket implies the holder’s acceptance of the following conditions: acceptance of the general regulations of the event/experience, acceptance of the ticket replacement and refund rules established by the intermediary, and acceptance of Wine Locals’ Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation Policy. By attending the event, the ticket holder agrees and authorizes the free use of their image for an indefinite period.
(3) Wine Locals is responsible solely for ticket printing services and online sales intermediation. The service contractor is solely responsible for the execution, cancellation, or postponement of the event/experience, as well as any ticket exchanges or refunds.
(4) Keep your ticket in a safe place, avoiding folds or contact with materials that may damage it.
(5) This ticket contains security features and will be subject to verification at the event entrance. The barcode/QR code is unique and cannot be reused once validated.
(6) The event organizers reserve the right to request photo identification at the entrance.
(7) Wine Locals is not responsible for tickets purchased outside authorized sales channels.
(8) The service invoice is issued after the experience is completed, directly by the establishment.
